@SkylineGTRFreak Do you know of a way I can make a ped spawn in the turret when this vehicle is in this dispatch.meta file? Got it to work but only a driver and passenger spawn in it, can't find out how to get a third for the turret
How many files for cars, (meta & model), does this mod overwrite, I already have a fair share of things installed and my own edits of handling & dispatch, so I'd like to know what changes without me having to experiment

The insurgents that don't spawn in roadblocks spawn without anyone in it, driving, in traffic, only at 5 stars, but in a roadblock itll have the usual 1 ped infront
@Fedguy Btw, I was doing some edits in the dispatch.meta file and I've got both the unarmed and armed Humvee mods. they work great, but I have a weird issue that sometimes the armed Humvee (insurgent replacement) when set as a second vehicle to spawn with the crusader, will randomly spawn as a car with no one in it? It also seems I'm unable to increase the amount of peds in any of the cars. I'm trying to make it so both the crusader & insurgent will spawn packed, so the gunner on top of the insurgent will be used.
Really love this mod, I recommend it to anyone who's interested in having a more "Responsive" world
To all the future people:
1. Download the [Replace] on the left side of this page, it is a secondary file, [add-on] is the main.
2. To fix the turret not turning, go into the handling.meta file and delete <Item>VEHICLE_WEAPON_TURRET_INSURGENT</Item> BUT THIS WILL DISABLE THE MG ON THE TURRET (The one you access with scroll wheel)

@DecliningCard Was about to pull my hair our when I saw I left a extra < when modifying on of the .meta files, after that worked great, leaving the mod at a 4.5 only because theres no option to make the armed version a natural spawn lol
Does this replace the military jeeps or is this for a different purpose, new to modding just looking for a way to upgrade current in game vehicles.
How can I replace the regular noose van with this so I can encounter it in chases
