I just wanted to reply that the mod unfortunately does not work.
I have tried both methods, using the OIV and also extracting the files and entering them manually, file by file. Installing it manually left me with one file that I don’t know where to place. Levels\Liberty_City\IPL

Currently I see nothing when I teleport to Liberty City. No City, No buildings.
It’s a real shame. I know you’ve tried your hardest porting this over from IV and I do Thank You for trying. Hopefully soon we will have a remaster version of the towers similar to IV again but for right now will have to wait.

Hello Eyon, just wondering if there was a way to disable the blips on the map since my map is pretty cluttered with custom markers everywhere. Also i created a custom ini for Liberty city V using the previous interiors as locations if you are interested. I'm also curious on how to add custom food items since i want to try adding fruits and drinkable milk to the game.
