Editing .ini file doesnt change anything in game. I always have same recoil. The only situation when it works if i set to 0 all recoil settings it'll turn off. Console commands work but no difference if i set SMG recoil to 100 or to 0.1. Yes, i replaced commas with dots.

So peds quite often just keep standing for a few seconds after they got 10 bullets in their noggin?
