Another outdated and mostly broken mod, sadly. It sort-of works in the sense that it reverses the walk/sprint defaults, however it completely breaks sneaking in first person (disables it even), it makes combat walk-only unless you spring, and the toggle feature is just outright broken.
Sadly both walk-toggle mods on this site are ancient and unmaintained and/or abandoned entirely.
