@Yard1 I have all that up to date as well. This is aggravating. if I remove RDE, police act normal and respond. If I install RDE, no matter what options I choose, only police helicopters show up.
Do I need extra vehicles installed?
Here is what I had set-up:
GTA V (with all current patches, legal Steam copy)
LSPDFR 03.1 (even used Albo's trouble check to make sure it was installed correctly)
AdvancedHookV.dll, AdvancedHookV.asi, OpenIV.asi, ScriptHookVDotNet.asi, RageHook (latest), dinput8.dll, plugins folder with LSPDFR installed correctly, OpenIV installed set-up to use mods folder, Empty Mods folder.
LSPDFR works fine, any mods with it work fine.
I tried with LSPDFR installed and without.
I tried it with a fresh download of GTA V with just the required DLL/ASI's
I do not have any extra police cars added yet.
@Besarionis and @Yard1 I have all the proper files, I promise. I have ScriptHookVDotNet.asi, ScriptHookV.dll, OpenIV.asi, AdvancedHookV.asi, and dinput8.dll (along with latest version of RAGE Hook) and I have a clean mods folder.
I'm having a weird issue. if I install RDE with any options (only I have tried is Arcade), even if I just go with the default RDE that is included, I never get hardly ANY police response.
I have tried with no mods other than RDE, RDE and LSPDFR, but no matter what I can go commit a crime, get wanted levels and cops do not respond. The worst that happens is a police helicopter will follow me around, but no cars or officers respond. I had a 6 star wanted level is downtown LS, had murdered 2 cops in cold blood and wanted for twent minutes and not a single cop showed up. Own police chopper kept circling around but that was it. I tried with Trevor, Franklin and Mike. Didnt matter.
Install never gave me any issues or errors.
Everything from RDE installed like it should.
Game runs flawlessly at 60 FPS.
No offense intended, I know you put a lot of your time into this. However, we can't as a society say
something is great just because someone spent a lot of time on it.
Maybe I'm missing something but when I watch the comparison videos of original vs this I have
to honestly say the original graphics look more realistic than these.
If realism is what you are going for, then I'm sorry but you failed at that.
However, if you are going for a certain stylized look, then by all means.
Maybe you should focus your strength and attention on your health and wellbeing rather
than on trying to fix something that was never really broke in the first place.
No video game or mod is worse damaging your health over.
Would you please explain how these are supposed to be used for the default cars?
The textures used by the default cars do not match up to these textures, so how does a person use the new texture templates to get the default cars to use them? Just adding the images to the texture file doesnt make it work.
I dont get why so many ENB creators ramp the saturation up super high. Do you people see the world this way? Red's look like freaking Neon. I just dont get it. Either someone makes the contrast so how you can't tell between dark grey and black, and white or light grey, or you slam the saturation up to 9000. WHY?
