@XBMarshall & @CTEHACTPAXA... same issue I'm also having on 26.69 gta version... I've followed other peoples heap adjuster & package limit values but its the same shit, different toilet. Even tried crazy values with 6 digits but nothing.
MY modded gta doesn't have crazy mods, jus retextures and addon vehicles. Heap adjuster needs an update, seems like it only works for gta versions older than 25.45

@unitedOrange66 there is a simple "car lock" script by Razielex that could fix the issue... i downloaded and installed it recently. its a very simple mod, adds a function that allows you to lock and unlock any vehicle that you recently drove, you might wanna change controls to your discretion,. for example I made the seatbelt key and the the car lock key the same [U].
@dani703q oh sh**!! Thank you for the update, your seatbelt mod is the best, no lie😎😎all issues I mentioned b4 all fixed except for 1 tiny 1. I got this lockpicking mod by danistheman262 and what happens now after your update is I have to "steal" my car when i jump out with the seatbealt on.. It is a little weird, maybe I just need to unbuckle my seatbelt b4 i jump out (a bit too real) but the major issues are fixed
Does anyone know how to add Vice City map zone Data just like Liberty City rewind map, tried adding it like the list shown below (saved in scripts/LSLife/zonedata) but I keep receiving an error message:-
