for all who have game crashes. i got the same problem after i downloaded latest script hock v and and v.net. im not exp at modding or whatever, but i have a save file from my rockstargame. i just delet my old rockstarfoulder, put my saved clean foulder in and dowloaded latest scripthock 5 and V.net. after this i installed all my mods back and it works. dont know why, but it works. i think its complikate for some people to fix this in a existing foulder where many mods installed. im running over 25 mods and i dont have any problem wit the latest script hock and v.net. im running the original GTA5 cd version. so no cracked or steam version.
@zitinghwang du you delete all old files befor downloading the latest scripthock v and dotnet? make sure you use the backup save if you have. thats what im doin. i deleted the full rockstar foulder, and put my saved in. i downloaded the newest hock and net. then i installed all my mods back and they work perfekt to me.
i got the same problem after i downloaded the script hook update. i deleted my mods, installed script hook and dotnet, started my game on time. closed. bring my mods back and it works.

guys realy, the despawns, game crush or whatever.....ISNT THE FAULT FROM THIS VERSION OF SCRIPTHOOK::::STOP CRYING PLS.....pls......its just a regular way what you need to go. deinstall your mods, becos all expirianced playere have a back up from the downloadad mods. install this version of scripthook and then your mods back and all works fine whitout problems. im sick of this unlimited postes in this thread. its a thing from 5 min to run all perfekt. just go the regular war, thats it...
