@brendan62 It was made from scratch by Schaefft for GTA:SA but I converted it to GTA4 and I'm guessing he converted it to GTA5 because file hierarchy looks very similar to GTA4 as it is the same game engine

this mod is so crap. It doesn't even work. Doesn't load and it doesn't even save the file!
Overall look is very good but there are a lot of minor things that need to be fixed.
No effort. Terrible work. Voting half a star because there's no thumbs down or possibility to fire you for doing a bad job. You get what you deserve, don't blame others!
