@EzX_GTA hey sorry I meant to mention I don't think this mod was causing the issue. I had found the old gameplay fixes v was the root cause. Sorry and thanks!
@EzX_GTA I just wanted to update my findings, I don't think this mod caused any crashes (maybe that test worked or crashed for whatever other reason and made me believe it was this). I've done more testing since then and the culprit seems more likely to be GameplayfixesV.
I did seem to find a semi work around - at least for Park Rangers. Drive that vehicle far enough so when you start the job it spawn a new one. Did a whole mission with that new one no problems.

I still use primarily for the no centering camera and idle cam disabler (other stuffs are cool)
Noticed when using DriverJobsV, things like park ranger and medic gets terminated when getting close to vehicle (it thinks the vehicle is damaged).
Hopefully you could release just the camera stuff in a partial mod til everything gets updated. Or if theres something in the ini that could be turned off/on thatd be cool too.
@megaz0id thanks yeah I did more testing and even with your mods pulled it started doing that - but mostly just down there in South LS port highways.
Also did more troubleshooting and found that GameplayFixesV seems to be causing some conflicts amongst other mods. Pulled it out and the vehicle damage terminate went away. Only really use it for its non centering camera (nothing else works!!!)
ah yeah conflict with gameplayfixes, works when gameplay fixes is removed.
Oh I do have to add, when I play driverjobsv and use the uniform option, it nulls reference - so if it ever does get an update, should have a handler for that.
Doesn't quite work for me though Im trying to see if its a conflict. It does play the animation (from rear) but vehicle doesn't move and I also can't escape from the action either.

I'd have to say for an older mod this works very nicely.
Been looking at the realbank and the flecca and run into bugs (like the world disappears or money isn't visually handled as expected).
Only a couple downsides, 1. having a full UI would be nice but I know the effort that goes into it so no harm no foul. 2. Not a big fan of 3 files (that IniFile.dll couldn't be part of the main dll?)
Given permission I might use this as a sample to build off of when starting to work with UI things.
