I love this place! It has become the perfect mountain hide out and home for my assassin and her partner. I've taken your base and I added / replaced a few things to make it "my own" but this is just great! Thank you! (my only complaints for single player modded are that the rain falls through the roof, and the floor can look a little glitchy, but other than that, with the map-builder installed, it all works ok).

There is a billboard post right in the middle of the store that I'm going to have to figure out how to get rid of (or maybe you have the answer? I know how to lower in game objects under the map, I just need to know what file this object is in). And, I swapped the Dollar Pills sign with the dentist sign in the texture file...after all, it is a pharmacy, not a dentist's office.

I really like this mansion...I'm still using v1.0, and after all the GTA updates last year, I'm finally getting around to adding things back in for my video series...but I have a problem that the collision doesn't work. The gate will open as I approach, so it "knows" that I am there, but I cannot stand on any surfaces...Does anyone have any ideas? (It worked fine for me in the past...)
HA! It *was* the gameconig file! I was trying to use one for my (old) version of the game, but this latest update updated my game to the latest, and I needed the lasted gameconfig to load mods. This mod is fantastic! You have nearly everything in here! Nice job!
@HKH191 - I won't disagree with you, but I've only enabled two additional dlc addins - mp_female_nude and femalemods. At first I thought it was a mb_discovery (map builder), because things worked after I disabled that one...but when I turned on femalmods (clothing slots), I had the same problem again. Any ideas? (would using discord be easier?). Thanks!

where did you find those boots? Giving credit to the modder who made the clothes is just as important as you getting the credit you seek ;)

I got the answer! A few lines in the content.xml, in the first <item> section need to be changed from "false" to "true"
I wish I could add a screen shot of where this is, but if you can TP to x=-655, y=-850, z=25 you'll be right outside.
