update.. i found the problem. the file enbeffect.ini is the cause for everithing. for fix this use this :

all you have to do is put this in your enbeffect file. the thing is i end up using the nvr visualsetting file and
the enbeffect from nvr and i put some new values and the result is what i posted here. hope it helps :)
so..for fixing the night follow what mati36 says but put your own values. it can be perfect with a bit of tweaking. the problem is nvr's visualsetting.dat ( the things mati36 point out) and it works with reshade this enb. i tested this and works.
I installed add on cars only with one model not like vans123 dlc that hase 4 cars in one, so i know all the cars i have but in the menu i have 2 more cars a m4 and a z4 and none of my add on dlc have these models i checked. Whay is that? Sorry for my english :d
