how do you get this mod to work? i am pressing right d-pad and nothing. am i doing something wrong?

I do not see anyone. it works fine but i do not see players on the map nor see them physically
for some reason my game keeps crashing. i added the 1959 Cadillac Eldorado and the plymouth fury but it keeps crashing. anyone can help me fix this issue?
