I installed a child ped which has folders in it's files which means i have to set true in streamed settings but when i set it true the ped becomes invisible but if i set it false then the ped is visible but it's as big as an adult and pixelated. What should i do?

why is the character as big as an adult? and if i am adding more than one ped then the ped is invisible
