2008 Chevrolet Suburban (Unmarked) [Add-On / Replace | Wipers] 1.1

Something which might not completely fit my usual category, but here we go anyway. I was planning on doing a Suburban with gatling gun on top (Secret Service or PMC style), but I decided against using an existing Suburban and doing my own mod. (Besides that, I have only seen the 2015 Suburban on here). Since I had to do convert the Suburban first anyway, I thought I can release a non-armored version as well. This is simply a FIB Granger replacement with the same light setup and no fancy police equipment.
Vehicle is completely dirt mapped with GTA plates, can have bulletholes, shattering glass, popping tires with intact rims, as well as burned areas after destruction. Dials are working (complete with handbrake, engine, light, etc symbols) and they light up at night.
Model features engine model and complete undercarriage (not just a 2d texture).
Changelog 1.1 (see second picture for 1.1 version):
-bigger wheels
-optional windshield wiper script support
-Add-On version included (Archive made by B-Milan, thanks to him for the Add-On version)

Hands on the steering wheel?? anyone fix it? thx
@SkylineGTRFreak Hi! I'm loving this car and loving the fact it's an add-on police, as everybody else is only making replacements. However, I'd like to have the 3rd person camera sit a bit closer to the vehicle. Actually, I've tried replacing the camera values in the vehicles.meta with other values from a car that has the wanted camera angle, I however only managed to change the 1st person view, it doesn't seem to apply to 3rd person. Could you please indicate me what values should I change? Thanks!
I've also tried the Secret Service Suburban (which camera's is excellent), and I don't know if you still update these but I noticed a small bug. As seen here (http://i.imgur.com/xuuiq86.jpg), when the emergency lights are on, this left yellow light stays on while the right yellow light blinks along with the brake lights.
@SkylineGTRFreak Probably the best Suburban for V I ever came across, but please get these hands on the steering wheel :P
Now I need both a regular police and civilian version of this SUV.

@gtalover1990 easy, depends on what you use, if you have ELS unlock it by pressing scroll lock and press J three times, if not, just tap E or Q
Name in add-on version not working, trainer can't find model named suburban.
Data in dlclist and extratitleupdatedata is correct. WTF?
Think my gameconfig fucked up because of many add-on...

Ich liebe dieses Modell. Habe das Basis Modell mit Template von LSPDFR.com runtergeladen um eine Sheriff Livery zu nutzen.
Was jetzt noch cool wäre, wäre eine Lightbar auf dem Dach, damit man es marked Version nutzen kann. Die inner Lightbars können so bleiben.
Gibt leider nicht besonders viele sehr gute non-els Modelle daher mein Favorit !
Lightbar drauf und schon ist der Traum perfekt.
Ist nur ne Idee, vllt. kannst du was machen... :-)
(Spotlight, Rambar und wackelnde Antenne wären jetzt auch noch geil, aber wir wollen´s nicht übertreiben...)

@SkylineGTRFreak I saw a gattling gun in one of the photos, does that come with this car or is it a separate mod? Because the seperate mod isn’t add on :/

How to get the wipers working?
7 years later this still is one of the, if not, THE best non-els model. Quality is 100% with low pollys... couldn't be any better.
