why all addon sound mods very high volume and not clean sound...

@hussbox gta makes it hard to make quality sound mods, the files have to be put into mono and into a lower bit format, resulting in worse quality audio files

@hussbox Simple. Volume is subjective. From you headset to your own ears health, there are a lot of factors that can cause the same amplitude of sound, be way too loud, or way too quiet even though the value is the same.

If you take a look on the description, you can see that there's a link to my discord where you can get support for problems like this, where there's even a tool, where you can just drag and drop the file, and change the volume for whatever you feel comfortable with.

On the plus side, the audio usually suffers a high compress, as in, we usually have 4.25Mb to work with for the players version, but when it comes to the NPC version (the version others hear outside the car) has an even lower 1.3mb limit. So, usually 32K Hz Mono audio is mandatory, and we can't fit more than 20 to 21 seconds of it.

@Legacy_DMC its really not. When you press the horn, if the engine is drowning it out to where you cant hear the horn - then its too loud. It takes 3 mins to lower the volume of the files by 25% to make them more viable - its very annoying that the original creators cant take the extra 5 mins to test and adjust the volume.

@Legacy_DMC How do you mean that? I don't understand your comment bro. Sorry... this isn't my first sound mod, I've done everything as it has to be, into the dlc packs and into the dlc list and of course into Hash. The horn works but the sound is absent and the radio is absent
