PR0T0 V Type Handling For Hammer76 RAESR Tachyon Speed
This is still in beta. 1 Gear electric cars isn't my forte. But this was a good excuse to try something new. [Some Random Regera Handling inbound]

Replace Handling.Meta file with the one that's located in dlcpacks:/tachy/
- You can do the same for my other modded data files.
