Turns the Feltzer3 & Windsor into F1 like Autobahn cruisers.

BOTH are more controlabel and have better Handeling Plus New 335+ Mph top end speeds

Fixes BOTH Feltzer3 & Windsor top end shifting which kept down shifting at topend speed.
Now they are faster (Feltzer3 301mph & Windsor 296mph)

How to install.
Simple method:
Open OpenIV and go to:
update/x64/dlcPacks/mpluxe/dlc.rpf/common/data
Click on Edit mode at the top of OpenIV and then right click on the handling.meta file and choose replace. Choose the handling.meta file from the Feltzer3 & Windsor handling V.1.2 Final file. Close OpenIV.
If you like & the game config by F7YO or one of the trainers: Simple Trainer for GTA V by sjaak327 & Enhanced Native Trainer by Zemanez, arewenotmen and others.
