This is the original Hexer but with a higer handlebar.
This was a request from a person that commented on my Zombie release. I myself like the hexer with a higher handle bar and gives it a better reason to drive it in my oppinion.
Cause I'm still learning everything is not perfect but it will still do its purpose.

Installation :
Take the 2 files in the zip file and put it in update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday3ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf
