The vortex (or whatever) headlight doesn't really suit it, plus it clips with the lods. On the subject of lods, you haven't exported it properly, doubling the file size. And the gas tank panel would be better without your name on it - I thought this was supposed to be a factory bike, not a custom special.

@LaPanne Engineering Triumph Tiger is an adventure, not a moto.That is over 200kg motorcycle for entirely different use.

You could get away with V-twin instead. (Maybe too late for that) I.E Ducati Hypermotard or even Aprilia SXV.
That is what real manufacturers use. The engines are mainly 1-cyl or twins

If its not spawning for you then try this: change the line <Item>supersanchez</Item> to <Item>supersanchez_autogen</Item> in supersanchez > dlc.rpf > setup2.xml file.
