Raccoon City Service Pack
A little late for the 25th Anniversary but here it is.
This mod features Police, Fire, and City Services to Capcom's fictional city "Raccoon City" featured in the Resident Evil franchise. Included are numerous GTA lore friendly R.P.D vehicles along with some R.F.D, Arklay County sheriff, and various city vehicles with designs taken from canon or fanon art, gameplay, & other media.
Most city service cars are only liveries with instructions on how to install in the readme.txt.
This mod also has compatible uniforms from EUP linked here:

I'm a big fan of RE so this has been a passion project of mine for awhile now. I hope everyone that downloads enjoys this pack. Updates are to come to address any bugs and add more content.

Boxville: Glass does now fully break on rear windows and antenna clips when hood is opened.
RFD Engine: Front flashing lights cannot be shot out.
RPD Stanier: sidelights have no COLs aswell as certian takedowns are white through colored glass.
RPD Brigham: Dial background is white.
I'm sorry for bugs but its best to release for now.

This is glorious. This, the EUP Resident Evil pack... I just don't have the patience for setting up an LSPDFR backup file. Hopefully someone will put something together. It'd be absolutely perfect.

I noticed with the ambulance that on its lightbar, on the the far right the "flash" effect is slightly lower down and almost out of the bottom of the lightbar, and the whole right side of the lightbar doesn't have the same glow as the left side. Is there any way to fix that?
