In order to install the Mod, you need OPEN IV. (https://openiv.com/)
Once OPEN IV is open, create a folder named MODS (if not existing)
Weapons, Loading screen and Loading Music:
-search the filename in OpenIV
-replace the items that you find with the exact name
DONE.

my game crashes when i try to load the homing rocket launcher can u fix that? it looks so cool but i cant try it
must be something on your client. I tested the RocketLauncher today and it worked fine. Check if you have any weapons.meta installed that might cause the crash.
