Go to GrandTheftAutoV/Scripts/AutoloadMap and drop the .XML file in.
This is version 1.0 and I'm working on it to be better.
To make this mod work you need to download and install Open All Interriors by NewTheft: https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/open-all-interiors
