Introduction
A new map mod. A beatiful, modern apartment with a partial view to the sea.
Still work in progress, This luxury and modern house is to be fully completed soon.
What is this mod about right now?
Right now this map mod only consists of the lowest part of the house. There are 2 rooms + a living room and 1 shower/bath complex inside the bigger room.
The lightning is ambient blue mixed with bright white lamps, which creates a nice atmosphere inside the house.
Not recommended for low-end PC's, I have AMD FX-6300 and GTX 750Ti and have low FPS inside the house. Worst at night time
Installation:
- Copy modern.xml to your root(main) GTAV folder where the GTAV.exe is located.
- Open up your map editor and load map, type in modern.

Creating a way to access this house by vehicle etc will be done later. This is again a location that no-one has used for a house mod so I decided to use this.
It's also very private and is fantastic for those who don't like annoying neighbours or outsiders.

@Sander I can look into it. What type of raft do you need and where can I create it for you?

If you look on my page youll see my raft mod. It currently consists of a couple of trees as base, 1 table & 2 chairs.
You could make a raft with any base and decorate it as you like, ill rebuild it in my script after that. You can make it as crazy as you want ill take care of the floating part. Just try not to go over 30 - 35 objects.

@MicJoy thanks for the kind words. Its not ready yet though. I have alot of stuff that I need to do irl, regarding career and other shit so not much time for GTA5 mods.
