New props and lights. New blue/white building. See the video.

I turned the blue building into a big garage. The ramps are very close together, so it is a little difficult to park the vehicles.
New WTC (World Trade Center) in Los Santos
New WTC, I created it using AutoCAD and 3DS Max.
Thanks to @Mishka Volkav and @HBX Works, i used the roof and antenna in original World Trade Center V (WTC from GTA IV) 0.3.
Known Bugs:
-Glass does not break.
-Low resolution bump texture,
-There is no night lighting.
-- INSTALLATION --
- Start OpenIV and toggle Edit mode
- Use OpenIV to navigate to:
- Grand Theft Auto V\Mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
- Drag and drop the downloaded "new_wtc" folder into "dlcpacks" folder.
- Use OpenIV to navigate to:
- Grand Theft Auto V\Mods\update\update.rpf\common\data
- Right click file "dlclist.xml" and select Edit.
- Copy and paste this into the text file: dlcpacks:/new_wtc/
- Save the text file.
- Close OpenIV
Enjoy

Jeez man. Why do you love placing mega sky scrapers next to the airport.
@Soaring_Wings It's really a bad position, in front of the airport, but as you can see in the second image, a plane passing to the left of the buildings and didn't hit them, so we don't have terrorism problems. I have this mod installed https://pt.gta5-mods.com/misc/lsia-improvements and it works fine with WTC.
@Bouncyjack In fact, this version is exactly based on the GTA IV version and can be moved in the Liberty Rewind mod, this one https://pt.gta5-mods.com/maps/world-trade-center-v-wtc-from- gta-iv however I prefer the current mod with One WTC & 432 Park Avenue that I have installed https://en.gta5-mods.com/maps/one-wtc-432-park-avenue-liberty-rewind
@Theodorito That plane won't hit the building.
@hrtmjm Nah it has nothing to do with terrorism. It just breaks a sort of logic of sorts regarding aviation and airport design.

You or whoever downloads the file can move it anywhere in Los Santos, just edit the .ymap, I prefer the original place. The base version was too far away in x, y = -6000 , 6000 coordinates.
