This pack includes:
2x LSPD Ballistic Shields, lights on/off
2x LSSD Ballistic Shields, lights on/off

SP Installation:
Drag tf_balshields to your dlcpacks folder. Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
Add the following line to your dlclist. Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist.xml
dlcpacks:/tf_balshields/
For use in menyoo, follow this step.
Add the following lines to your Menyoo or map editor prop list in order to spawn them in-game. Grand Theft Auto V\menyoostuff\PropList.txt
lssd_ballistic_shieldoff_c
lspd_ballistic_shieldoff_d
lssd_ballistic_shieldon_b
lspd_ballistic_shieldon_h
Then spawn them IG with the menyoo spooner!
