Replaces the loading screen backgrounds and characters with ones from GTA IV

No, in v1.whatever you release next, work on the mod itself. Right now it isn't really good looking. Images are stretched, sized wrongly and there is clipping. Try fixing this for the next update. When the mod is done you can add additional things such as loading music and a logo.
@GamerDude27 I'm trying to fix images all the time :)
