Information:
This mod makes the Euphoria more Realistic, Live Leak some would say.
Recommended Mods:

--MoreGore (for bleeding on the floor out of pain) https://gta5mod.net/gta-5-mods/scripts/more-gore-v3-0-3/
Installation:
1. drag and drop the oiv into open4 and install it to mods folder press confirm wait for it to install then launch gta5.
Features Of This Mod:
Realistic Body Shots.
Realistic Head Shots.
Peds Now grab onto leg when shot and fall after a few seconds.
Based on pain Peds will react to gun shots such as Grabbing, Looking At The Wound.
Chances of peds struggling to get up based on where shot.
Brutal Neck Shots.
Peds now have realistic weight and stiffness.
Realistic Ped Health.
Grabbing onto objects near them.
If ped should hold wound based on caliber such as assualt rifles, shotguns and pistols.
5-10 seconds of active ragdoll after death.
And much more.

Known Bugs/Issues
Chances of ped freezing when shot in leg looking into that for now but im not sure if i can fix it as im sure it has something to do with the leg stiffness or leg damping.

@jahdaghost Nono, Like the torch, how you got the torch. I know the weapon flashlight all that but when you press "E" and turn the light on that is the thing I want the torch.
