V2 Has come out!! The only changes I made was: the yellow/tan color is changed to a brighter one.
Installation: x64e.rpf/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf
Open the police.ytd file and replace sign 1, 2, 3, and 4 with the texture provided in the rar file.
