after drag the file in zip folder place in your gta v
replace if needed so and open gta v check if reshade is working in the to top left of ur screen press shift+f2 to access this setting

Field of View: Personal preference, higher is better. I use 90
Global Quality Preset: Custom
Fullscreen: On
Vsync: Off
