Overview
Properties and Raids is an immersive GTA V script that makes owned properties more useful and risky. You can buy properties, store cash in stashes, park vehicles, and use certain safehouse locations. If you bring police heat back to a property by depositing cash while wanted or parking a vehicle while wanted, that property can be flagged for a police raid.
Once a raid begins, police vehicles and officers will appear at the property. If you engage with the officers and later lose your wanted level, the property stash can be seized. Parked non-personal vehicles may also be taken. Personal vehicles can be parked at properties, but they are not saved or deleted by the mod to avoid conflicts with GTA V’s default personal vehicle system.

Properties can be flagged after risky deposits or parking while wanted
Raid blips appear when police arrive
Police vehicles and officers spawn during raids
