@Theaussieraccoon it's really easy to add the news you want to appear, I added some stuff for the liberty city mod. You can edit the texts by opening the news xml with notepad and adding texts you want like these for example
<item>LCPD issues statement: increase in organized crime and illegal arms trafficking.</item>
<item>Gunfire exchange between rival gangs in South Bohan, NOOSE deployed.</item>
<item>Pedestrian killed during a botched armed robbery in Broker, suspect on the loose.</item>
Is there a specific file inside these rpf files that I can replace? I already have other mods that change some other effects in the mods folder, but they don't change explosions.
Man I downloaded the old version recently and was surprised that it still works, but this version seems more optimized and I still know what does ped shake do? does it add a shakedown function to peds? Also what does the add optional safes do?
@KassiteR do npcs features like disarm and the traffic accident police call only affect the processed npcs?

@KassiteR I tried it and it doesn't drop the fps like before, is there a way to only have the events that happen and the camera system without changing npc combat behavior? does changing the npc process limit to 0 do that?
