I don't often say things like this, but I don't really get why this got featured and why moderators are commenting on this like it's a Picasso. Same for the BanderitaX moon mod? Do you guys know each other in real life or something?
No offence, really not. This mod isn't bad at all, that's not what I'm saying. But I think it's strange things that like this get treated like a work of art while I see other fantastic mods that take 100 times more work, not getting as much attention. But that's just my opinion...
Awesome! Thanks man! I'll link this mod in my mod description.
Thanks mate. I will put a link to this in my mod description. Awesome work!
Hello everyone, I just got home for work and it's weekend, so now I have some time to reply to you guys. First of all, thank you very much for the wonderful response, 1350 downloads en 100+ likes in less than a week is very nice to see :)
To @Ahmed_155 @bacon broface @EJA1949 and all people having trouble with installing or the map that does not show up:
As @MK D gamer mentioned, I made a little mistake in my readme file:
In your installation readme,
The line says
'dlcpacks:\sflv\'

The quotation marks shouldn't be there.
it should be
dlcpacks:\sflv\

Logical in fact, if you see everything else in dlclist.xml, but my mistake. Thanks MK D gamer for spotting it!
@Canadian mods That's weird, and you don't experience it when you have not installed the map?
@Marshmello200123 @UnknownSoldier @William Halverd @ShakeZone @Jjent1 and others
I am working on traffic paths. As Marshmello200123 mentioned, I needed to move the map completely within boundaries first to be able to create traffic paths and navmeshes for peds everywhere I want on the map. At the moment, I am working on traffic paths for the Las Venturas Strip. Ped navmeshes are a little more complicated it seems. I will try to keep you updated!
To all people leaving ratings and feedback and comments: Thank you. Happy modding!
GTA 6? YouTubers these days...
@MrAkiva I don't know about FiveM mate, I've never made a map for it. But I think it's not that hard to convert a SIngle Player map to FiveM, so anyone who wants to do it is free to do so (giving credit of course).
Please check description. I am not in a team, I am just a one man army hobbyist doing this in some rare free time. I hope you guys realise what it would take to make traffic paths + pedestrians for such a huge map. Maybe I'll do the most important areas in the future, but since most of the map is far out of bounds because it's so giant, I don't know if it will be possible. And, to me it seems a little ignorant to rate low or comment only about paths, while this mod brings a giant remastered map... but ah, who am I.
Hi, yes the map is at the northeast of the original GTA 5 map. You can download bridge connections from other users on this site.
@Abolfazldanaee You are free to make a better road texture mod for this mod. About the old Los Santos, I will just be very honest, sorry but no I won't do that. The idea was to have San Fierro and Las Venturas next to the GTA 5 Los Santos and Blaine County map, and having 2 Los Santos would be a little weird to me haha
Remastered version is available now: https://www.gta5-mods.com/maps/las-venturas-san-fierro-dlc-remastered
@Nickillac Haha wow, so just because it isn't an add-on, you give the lowest rating possible of half a star? Jesus, what is wrong with people these days
Hi, as the creator of the original Las Venturas & San Fierro DLC, I really like this mod and I appreciate this! Thanks for this mod.
Just a small thing that bothers me: You say in description "No performance hits, any performance hits are caused by the map not having any proper LODs".
Well, I have to say, that is totally not true. My map doesn't need any LODs even for a non high-end gaming pc, because the models are straight from a 2004 game, untouched. All possible lag would be due to your mod having too many props at one place.
My map doesn't need LODs because the models are already extremely low quality for a a GTA 5 game engine. Just so you know!
Anyway, great work!
