Every school vacation gta 5 updates itself, thank you Rockstar because in vacation time I can't play or entertain.

@elsanhoty through open IV go to GTA 5 directory then mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/malibu_mansion/dlc.rpf/content.xml . After opening content.xml from there set disabled=true in both of the RPF paragraphs
