Why? Sandy/blaine county is probably the most american part of the map! Would make sense for liberal los santos though with their so called communist revolution.
Update on the mod as I did some testing on the bugs. I found out that it is not my pc, but this mod that manages to drop my fps by like 20-30, which is kinda annoying when you are only able to get 60 normally. Next, the falling through floor glitch only happens with addon cars and in order to access your garage again, you need to restart your game. These are my only two gripes and I hope they are fixed
Its a definite improvement than having to store cars in those little dinky garages that you can buy vanilla. It is quite buggy though. Like I will be teleported back out with addon cars, and when I go in on my own, I just fall and get telied to a different location. and It has problems crashing. Also sometimes vehicle mods get messed with, like with the nero custom, the spoiler gets deleted and you have to add it back on every time. I hope there are updates in the future that fix these problems as it generally works well.

Doesn't work, Beards have camo textures and the only ones that work are transparent? Also, I only have 2 beards?

How do the tunings work? I tried adding different parts for each version of the challenger but they all behave the same
