For anyone having issues with disabling the sounds, I've found custom silent audio files that you place in ' scripts > TornadoScript > sounds ', they can be found here ( https://pastebin.com/3BWH1Vce ) ( Won't let me post the direct link )

@hyperxgamer76 You either use a pirated game or have too many mods. Open the .rpf file and find setup2.xml. In it, change the order value to a higher number. If you're experiencing LOD issues, I highly suggest installing this mod ( https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/ymap-load-list-extent-limit-fix-fwboxstreamervariable-patch )
