Corrupt game data. Is there any fix besides reinstalling all the packs again/verifying the game cache?
@Zain You can't really upgrade a laptop's GPU, as it's soldered into the motherboard. Your RAM is fine for low settings at 720p, if you're alright with frames in the mid 20's. Honestly, I'd just get a new PC all together. You can buy a cheap PC for like £250 (330 USD) with 6GB RAM, Dual Core i3, and a 750ti. That kind of build is able to hit medium/high settings at 1080p at 40FPS. Just, stop trying to game on an Intel Card. It's just not going to happen anymore.
Can this work with VisualV? I know that VisualV overwrites the timecycles. Is there anyway to combine the two?
Can I still use existing add-on vehicles I currently have?
This is just a suggestion, but do you think that you could start releasing your files in OIV formats as well? It would make installation easier for others. I myself know how to install it, but installing it manually leaves a lot of room for error, and generally takes longer.

This would be even better if you were allowed to get another weapon as well. Just imagine; dual Micro SMGs!
Looks amazing! One thought, though. I'm not sure this is possible, but I felt it missing from Next Gen, and PC. While it's not a huge deal, it really breaks immersion when it's raining, and you're on ground level, and also when you're driving on a highway. That is adding dynamic reflections (puddles reflect people, and cars, and car reflections reflect other cars, and people). I thought that if anyone could do it, it would be you, since you really out done yourself on VisualV,
@Cri-28 So should the game be running? ScriptHookV.net has never worked for me. I've downloaded several mods that need it, and none work, including this one. Using Tab+X does nothing, even after dragging the files into scripts. I've installed, and reinstalled ScriptHook.net several times, but to no avail.
Can someone tell me where the scripts folder is? The one with ScriptHookVDOTNet doesn't have a RadioStations.ini.
