after installing the mod , when i launch gta , it starts to update and removes the mod :'( what do i do about it ? :)

heya tried installing the no water mod , but for some reason my mods won't load or something , got Native Trainer + Scripthook + ASI Loader installed and openIV replaced the water file and rebuild the rpf , dunno what to do anymore :'(
