Can you make a version without the spawning armored cars?

Amazing Mod @Hunk just a couple conflicts here: I'm playing with a custom MP ped and So far I've reached the fun level and got the XXX scenes but how do I get the "date" option? She's not in the phonebook, so do I have to add her manually or use a vanilla character like franklin?
