I got it to work, sort of.
Cops don't always give chase and don't blip their sirens if you speed pass them, but it's somewhat functional for now.
Not sure what's up with this current version, but it doesn't do anything at all. Previous versions functioned perfectly for me with no issue, but in 2.0 the script simply won't load. Nothing shows up in the Script Hook logs, reloading all scripts does nothing, applying JediJosh's fix for ScripthookVDotNet changes nothing. I'm at a loss here, and it's a shame because this is one of my favorite scripts.
@Unmutual I took it upon myself to create an updated version of the weapons_dlc_bb.png that's included in this file. I'll happily share it so you can release an update. Just PM me.

Works like a charm. However, whenever the coroner's van arrives on-scene the back doors are always hanging open while it drives around. Not sure what might be causing this, but it's funny. I think someone in the coroner's office is overdue for a performance evaluation.
@DaTrueGVoltage I'm sure the community would be grateful if you shared that modified carcols file. Compatibility patches are always in demand.

Excellent. Works pretty great, but I can't seem to get the RPM gauge to do anything at all. 9/10.
Absolutely fantastic, but I too have been getting pulled over for "legal" speeds, for example pulled over this morning doing 66 in a 75, got a ticket. That and cops shooting at you as you blow past are really the only issues that I have with the mod, not nearly egregious enough for me to not use it.
