This is a Brute Riot (riot) model, UV-mapped to support liveries. No other changes have been made to the vehicle.
Included in the archive are 3 skins - NOOSE TRU, LSPD SWAT and LSSD BEAT. If using High Quality (4096x4096) liveries causes perfofmance problems (it really shouldn't), consider using Standard Quality (2048x2048) versions.
Multiple liveries are not supported without editing vehicles.meta and carvariations.meta.

@Jax765 It's a zmodeler (the only program that can edit GTA V models so far) bug. It's developer is working on a fix.
@Yard1 Ok, hope that gets fixed soon. BTW, I installed a mod that adds an FIB Washington variant to the game. However, it only spawns in white, and only with 2 FIB agents instead of 4. The version that replaces the FIB Buffalo has none of these issues. Is it something in carvariations that needs changing? Because I replicated the FIB details in vehicles.meta, but it didn't solve my issue.
@Jax765 It could either be in .ymt files or hardcoded, but nothing like that is in carvariations.meta.
Hey, I am not able to find riot stuff in the vehicles.rpf. I read your readme and followed the directions, but when I typed riot in the search bar, there were no results....
^Nevermind, I fixed it. I put the riot files into patchday3ng, and it worked.
Sadly, the newest Zmodeler update did not fix the glass bug on this model.

Excuse me to bother, but the whole left plane still seems displaced along y-axis.

@GreenAid You'll have to add "FLAG_HAS_LIVERY" to the flag line in the vehicles.meta entry. As for the carvariations entry, look for the Adding Emergency Vehicle tutorial on LSPDFR.com. Adding one for the original game models will override the default one that is currently encrypted.

How I can make the LSSD riot spawn in the countryside with LSSD Swat officers and replace LSPD riot to spawn in blaine county but still spawn in Los Santos and without delete the NOOSE riot spawn in Los Santos and Blaine county? Does I need to edit one or more files? And which one(s)? And which are the lines to edit?

@Sp5000 You'd need to add the LSSD riot as a new model and edit your dispatch.meta file. It's not that complicated, but I don't have time to explain it in detail now, sorry. I am sure you can find something on the web.
Don't get me wrong I'd love to be able to get these to work. Especially the UPS van. But I've asked a few people before I left comments. Tried making contact with a few people with some help. But besides the use open IV. No ones told me if there is anything else. Most of the mods had a read me in the winrar. Followed instructions to the letter. Not sure what else I could've done. So I asked for help. Nothing. So I commented. Now all of a sudden people are interested.
