first of all, I'd like to apologize if my mod does not please anyone it's my first actual model edit mod and it took me hours to do but overall I hope everyone likes it. the instillation is in the READ ME in the RAR archive, enjoy :)
UPDATE AND CHANGES MADE 1.1: i have made it so the vehicle is now an add-on vehicle which you can spawn in by typing in HotRodRoadster, in case you don't want to replace a car or you could use this addon vehicle spawner by ikt https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/add-on-vehicle-spawner and it is in the supercar category, also i have changed the wheels
