I recommend the rims pack from zQrba.
1. Open OpenIV
2. Go to x64e.rpf\gta5\levels
3. Open vehicles.rpf
4. Turn on edit mode
5. Replace asterope.yft, asterope.ytd, asterope_hi.yft
6. Close OpenIV
