@AEDERY16 i already backed up the whole game folder to other disk in case of any problem it may happen while modding if you having any problem with your game you dont have to reinstall it just tell me what you want from the original files and i will send them for you .

@kingboss00 I think I have the solution! After you have the vehicle file and the vehicle.oac file, you must put them in any folder. Return to OpenIV and right-click any or EXCEPTION on a genre.awc file and an edit mode type option. Click Import with Open Formats. Open the folder or hidden vehicle and file vehicle.oac and hold the left and right of the vehicle and the vehicle.oac and most importantly, DO NOT DEFRAGMENT, just click on edit mode which will turn gray and close OpenIV and normally it's good.

I think the real problem is that there is almost no mod for Israeli police vehicles. I know only one but the trick is that it replaces the police ranger (Nork Yanthon) ..

@RamGilamar, You must do: extract vehicle.awc into openformats, you will get vehicle.oac and vehicle, you must open vehicle and replace the files given by the mod by those of base vehicle. Then, in resident.rpf, you have to drag once vehicle.oac this is normal if it does not appear. Do not defragment, just, remove edit mod and close openiv. Then go to play and it will work.

@AEDERY16 I found the solution for my self, the filesize was too big, and GTA only allowes a certain filesize for audio. So I removed a horn sound and it started working again.
