You can turn on/off by enable/disable "extras" via any trainer:

You can change interior color (second color)-I recommend matt color

@KAFAROS, well done. You could try using better textures for the seats and the dash. Eg

I know plastic is hard, but it will greatly improve interior looks when you add normals to it
