This mod adds the BMW S70/2 V12 engine sound, famous for its use in the McLaren F1, as an addon sound. Nothing is replaced, and the sound uses completely new samples thanks to a new granular sound porting method.
I recommend using this mod with TacoPoPo's great McLaren F1 mod.

Currently investigating the bug that causes this sound to disappear when installed with the BMW S55 mod as separate DLCs. My newer sounds don't seem to cause the same issue when testing, so I believe they're safe.
Current workaround (thanks to @Vlad94) is to merge the two into a single DLC.

The best sound mod for gta I've ever heard, probably because you don't use any stock gta samples. Only criticism I have is that it gets a bit quiet at low-mid throttle, but it's not that big of a deal for me. Please do one of Mercedes' v8 engines like the M113 or M156 next.

@hayden9262go Go to vehicles.meta of the base game, any DLC, or any addon cars, then find audioNameHash and put it there.

Used OpenIV to open dlc pack of any add-on McLaren F1. Find in a path dlc.rpf/data file named "vehicles.meta" open it via OpenIV with edit mode and there find a line
f.e.
<audioNameHash>feltzer3</audioNameHash>
All you need to do is just replace "feltzer3" to bmws702
like this one

save changes and it would be fine in a game
