@Alex106 Where did the Legacy file come from in the game folder? And where is the spbmr file? Brother, what are you talking about? Could you make a video or explain what to do after opening the beta map folder? I really want to play.
@Alex106 There's only one item in your folder, and when you click into it, it's the file. Where should they be placed?
@FeReise https://youtu.be/PGXFnuT3SeQ
@Alex106 Why don't you download your module from your module website by yourself? The file in your video and what I downloaded are two different things.
@FeReise I did already after reading your first comment to make sure I hadn't made an error
Anyway that's the same archive with the exact same files. The only difference are those couple of letters and numbers added to the name, which is done by the website after the upload process (while the one in the video is before the upload)
@Alex106 Why can't you understand? I've said before that your file only has content and Assembly.xml and icon.png, but there are completely different folders in your video. Pay attention to it. I'm afraid your file was not downloaded before. You can download the latest one now. There must be people like me because of the article. The content does not match the installation tutorial, so it cannot be installed.
@FeReise Here's the content of the archive downloaded from the site https://youtu.be/PA0AAHchbm4
The mod can be installed and the OIV package (which doesn't contain the main files) isn't missing anything
@Alex106 Is this the archive content? I thought it was the source code of the downloaded web page. But I don't want to download the archived content. What should I do to download normal content? This matter is a bit outrageous. It's normal for my friend to download it. Then he sent me the downloaded file. I unzip it, and it is still the archived content. It's really strange. So the question now is, how can I download the normal content?
@Alex106 One more thing, look at my previous comments, there is a @亚历克斯, which is a mistake I made. You delete that comment, and then delete this comment as well, okay? Thank you.
@FeReise
1) That's the content of the archive (df582e-BetaMapRestoration_v3.3.rar), yes
2) Click on the green text that says download below the name of the mod
3) What do you mean by archived? After you extract the files from RAR there's those folders shown in the video and then you just follow the installation instructions/the first video I uploaded
4) I haven't deleted any comment, only moderators and admins can do that
I have no clue how to download this shit I feel crazy. ALEX there is a content FLODER that has 4 FILES in it named hei_bh1_39_strm_0.ymap, hei_dt1_20_0.ybn, hei_hw1_blimp.ymap, and hei_kt1_08_strm_0.ymap there is no legacy folder no enhanced folder and there is no legacy and enhanced folder there is the content folder with the 4 filles and the assembly.xml file i have no clue wtf to do with pls HELP and saying Install only the "spbmr" (on Legacy) or "spBMR_Gen9" (on Enhanced) DLC pack does not help we don't have those files
@dumbass_dude Those files you described are inside "MP Map Files.oiv", but the first two folders mentioned in the instructions aren't there.
1) After you extract the files from "df582e-BetaMapRestoration_v3.3.rar" there's 3 folders ("Enhanced", "Legacy" and "Legacy and Enhanced") and a text file (ReadMe)
2) Open the "Legacy" folder and you'll find the "spbmr" and "spbmr_patch" folders (at this point, go back to the installation instructions)
Just to be clear: I downloaded the mod from the site to double check and all the files are there
@Alex106 Don't you understand what I mean? The problem that me and that person encountered is that after downloading the module, there is only the content of mp map files in the folder, and the beach sculpture is the same.
@Alex106 If you don't understand, let's add a contact number.
@FeReise And I understood and also said that I downloaded the mod to check and all the files are there.
I did it multiple times and even tried from my phone right now
Open the archive/extract it and then take a screen of what's inside and link it here
@Alex106 How can I share a link? I mean, can I add a contact method like Facebook, or can I contact you directly on YouTube? Another question is that I installed the seventh-generation asset restoration mod, and then the beta map mod stopped working. Do they conflict with each other?
@FeReise You can upload it on a site like Imgur and then add the link to the comment.
No, they have no conflicts
@Alex106 I'll contact you directly on YouTube.
@FeReise If you or anyone else is still having this problem, this is a problem with Windows 11: It's built in archive program misreads the zip file, basically windows 11 and it's proprietary software being a joke like usual lol. I can confirm the files within the mod archive are read properly with 7zip.
Use Winrar
