Graphics 2018 is a ENB and ReShade preset. You need to install NaturalVision Remastered.
Performance:
I didn't noticed a FPS drop.
I run the game with 65-90FPS on 1080p and highest settings (no extended settings, 4x MSAA).
My rig:
- Standart 1080p 60Hz monitor clocked @ 67Hz
- 16GB DDR4-2133
- i7-7700K @ stock 4.6GHz
- Zotac GTX 1080 Mini overclocked with + 200 MHz @ Core and + 225 MHz @ Memory.

@KUBAS I don't speak russian. And yes my FPS reach that high, but you have to notice that my screen is clocked to 67Hz and I normally have my FPS locked at 70.

@Apollo17 stolen reshade? @AzzyReshades report it using the site's report window... Include evidence to substantiate your claim...
@DarthPungz The game with my preset and Natural Vision installed doesn't look like Redux, so I don't think that it's stolen then. Besides of that I installed Redux yesterday the first time and it's not my taste of graphics so why should I just take it?

fantastic but unfortunately my pc can't run gta with this mod
@Police 18651 I thought about a lite version but the problem is that the game wouldn't look as good and I don't know if it would make sense then.

@AzzyReshades @DarthPungz Provide evidence that this is redux. So far it doesn't seem to be, otherwise this would be down already.
what settings do you have to get 65-90fps?
@Reacon Everything maxed out, exept for extendet settings, x4 MSAA, and I think shadows only on high instead of very high, smooth shaddows. Something like this.
Even if he stole this from redux....what's the problem? Redux is already a stolen mod.
