This is Reshade Preset for Low end Pcs
so you require reshade installed in your GTA V
Using the Preset in your videos or claiming that you owned it or made it will be lead to Video Termination
Reshade: https://reshade.me/
Instructions :
1. Download Reshade Latest Setup
2. Open the Setup
3. Click Browse and select your GTA 5.EXE file
4. Select Direct X 10/11/12
5. then Select all the Effects and then Click Install then wait
6. Open your Game then Press HOME Button then skip tutorial then click reshade preset.ini and select my preset.
