[Menyoo] Updated MP Female tattoo list 1.0

all tattoos renamed to their correct gta online names, reordered as best as possible to the gta online list, and chest/stomach and back tattoos all seperated into their own categories. any missing tattoos also added. if you spot any typos/more missing tattoos or wrongly categorized ones let me know
only mp-female for now, if enough demand comes in mp-male may happen.
FOR USE WITH MENYOO, DRAG AND DROP XML INTO MENYOOSTUFF INSIDE GTA ROOT FOLDER. THE TATTOOS BEING REORDERED DOES NOT MESS UP YOUR CHARACTER XMLS WITH TATTOOS, NONE WILL BE MISSING OR BE DIFFERENT (IN MY TESTING)
IF YOU'D LIKE TO EDIT A TATTOO NAME (eg using a modded tattoo) EDIT THE .XML AND SEARCH THE TATTOO NAME YOUR REPLACING, DO NOT EDIT NAME=, EDIT CAPTION=
one final note, some of the neck tattoos in gta online are under head, i moved them to neck so any face tattoos will be under head and neck tattoos will all be under neck.
