Love the creativity, what do you use to spawn and edit items like that?

The installation instructions seem to be a bit lackluster, do I just grab the first four or so files and drag them over, or do I have to open each folder and place each and every individual file in the directory?

Is the "scripts" folder the same as the "mods" folder? I'm thinking it isn't
